尊敬的Xx醫院院長：

您好！首先感謝您在百忙之中抽出時間閱讀我的辭職信申請報告。

我是懷著十分復雜的心情寫這封辭職信的。自我進入醫院之后，由于您對我的`關心、指導和信任，使我在檢驗行業獲得了很多機遇和挑戰。經過這段時間在醫院的工作，我在檢驗領域學到了很多知識，積累了一定的經驗，對此我深表感激。

由于我自身能力的不足，近期的工作讓我覺得力不從心。為此，我進行了長時間的思考，覺得醫院目前的工作安排和我自己之前做的職業規劃并不完全一致，而自己對一個新的領域也缺乏學習的興趣。

為了不因為我個人能力的原因而影響醫院的運作，經過深思熟慮之后我決定辭去目前在醫院的檢驗工作。我知道這個過程會給您帶來一定程度上的不便，對此我深表抱歉。

非常感謝您在這段時間里對我的教導和照顧。在醫院的這段經歷于我而言非常珍貴。將來無論什么時候，我都會為自己曾經是醫院的一員而感到榮幸。我確信在醫院的這段工作經歷將是我整個職業生涯發展中相當重要的一部分。

祝醫院領導和所有同事身體健康、工作順利！

再次對我的離職給醫院帶來的不便表示抱歉，同時我也希望醫院能夠體恤我的個人實際，對我的申請予以考慮并批準。最后，祝我們Xx縣Xx醫院一切順利，萬事如意。
